  5.  About The Program:
  6.     SmallClock is a small program that shows the time of day in a tiny
  7.     borderless window.
  8.     It can be started from shell as well as Workbench (WBStartup).
  9.  
  10.     SmallClock can be stopped in three ways:
  11.         1) Pressing 'remove' in Exchange
  12.         2) Starting it a second time
  13.         3) Sending it a CTRL_C
  14.  
  15.     SmallClock takes the following parameters:
  16.         CX_PRIORITY=(-128 -> 127)
  17.         XPOS=(0 -> x)
  18.         YPOS=(0 -> y)
  19.         FRONTPEN=(0 -> 255)
  20.         BACKPEN=(0 -> 255)
